The role: Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Reports to: Head of Marketing

Position Summary: Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for most elements of the marketing function at FRAMELESS, including line management of relevant members of the marketing team and managing the retained external agencies.
A broad role which spans development and coordination of the annual marketing plan, campaign development and management, digital activity, external partnerships, and overseeing the schools and tourism and travel marketing activities – all critical to achieving success for FRAMELESS.
The person will work alongside the PR & Social Media Senior Manager, to manage a calendar of activity, including collaborations which are designed to provide a drumbeat of news and interest to encourage ticket sales.
Responsible for: Campaign Planning Actively owning all campaign planning, working closely with any appointed external agencies, including media agency, promotions agency and PR agencies, to coordinate a series of moments across the year to drive ticket sales and purchase intent in key periods.
Ideating and strategising marketing activity across the year, working closely with the Head of Marketing.
Establish and agree KPIs for campaign activity with the Head of Marketing.
Ensure all campaigns are focussed against the desired target audience and are clearly measurable against the agreed KPIs.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that any campaign activity is integrated, utilising all relevant marketing channels.
Ensure that all agreed activity is delivered on time and within budget.
Calendar of Activity Own the annual marketing calendar and plans, ensuring all campaigns and tactical activity is being met in a timely manner, in coordination with the wider marketing team.
Ensuring the master calendar is updated by the wider team.
Ideating tactical opportunities throughout the year and being able to pivot and turn activity around quickly when opportunities arise.
Proactively make recommendations to the Head of Marketing regarding new marketing opportunities.
Own the end-to-end outreach, planning, activation and project management of brand partnership opportunities, working closely with the wider team to ensure all deliverables are met.
Local Domination Working closely with local partners, the Head of Marketing and Tour, Travel & Relationships Manager, to coordinate the plan for local area domination.
Working closely with the Tour, Travel & Relationships Manager to build relationships which ensure FRAMELESS is at the forefront of all relevant local listings, including 'Things to Do in London'.
Ticketing Partner Work with the Digital Brand Manager to support the annual ticketing partner marketing plan of activity.
Work with the ticketing partner's marketing team to ensure that the plan is being delivered as agreed and that FRAMELESS is regularly featured in ticketing partner channels.
Support where necessary to ensure all reporting requirements, in relation to marketing-originated activity are briefed and to review outputs in order to inform future activity, proactively making recommendations.
Website Collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager to ensure the FRAMELESS website is always up-to-date with the latest images and copy, with UX standards at the forefront.
Ensure all campaign planning considers the website as an important communication channel, and features any campaign creative as appropriate.
ECRM Collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager to ensure the FRAMELESS customer database is utilised appropriately through any campaign activity and the coordination of regular newsletters for the FRAMELESS community.
Collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager to ensure that customer acquisition strategies are built into any relevant marketing and communications activity, to grow the customer database across target audience sectors.
Support the Digital Brand Manager in building out the CRM plan and content creation.
Other Regularly monitoring competitor marketing activity in the sector to help identify gaps and opportunities in FRAMELESS' marketing strategy.
Ensure all outputs are on brand and in keeping with FRAMELESS as a world-class visitor experience.
Act as a marketing expert in the overall team, providing updates on sector developments and other useful opportunities for the wider FRAMELESS business.
Supporting the Head of Marketing in the briefing and delivery of any research activity as required.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a similar consumer facing and integrated marketing role, with specific experience in ticket-based visitor attractions, hospitality or retail sectors desirable.
Experience in direct line management responsibility.
Prerequisites: Track record of marketing campaigns/activations that move the dial on business results.
Knowledge of visitor attractions' marketing would be highly preferable.
Experience of working in an entrepreneurial / start-up environment.
