The Role The company is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute a marketing plan designed to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads that directly support sales efforts.
Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and other channels to engage the target audience.
Content Creation: Oversee the development of marketing materials such as whitepapers, blogs, videos, and webinars, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that resonates with the life sciences community.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and R&D, to ensure alignment on messaging and initiatives.
Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in life sciences marketing, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and analyzing successful marketing campaigns.
Education: A minimum of an MSc in biology, biochemistry, or a related life science field (PhD is a plus).
Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid experience in digital marketing, including SEO, and the use of marketing tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
Team Management: Experience in managing both internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and continuously refine strategies.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% within the UK and the EU.
