Senior Marketing Executive £28k - £32k Manchester City Centre Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 remote Forward Role are working with an award winning, established, luxury travel business that offer ultra luxury 5* trips across all seven continents.

Best bits… Opportunities to experience the travel packages they offer through all expenses paid familiarisation trips Reporting into Brand and Marketing Manager who will support your progression and development and working alongside a best in class in-house marketing team Opportunity to take ownership in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas drive change Fantastic company culture and benefits including pay day lunches, staff days out, regular socials ect Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the Brand team to shape and execute the UK marketing strategy, working closely with teams including Studio, Content, Digital, CRM, and Trade.
Take the lead in creating campaign briefs, managing print suppliers, and coordinating newspaper advertising.
Oversee multiple campaigns, from quick one-off promotions to larger seasonal initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Monitor competitor activity within the commercial travel industry, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns and offers to the table.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital, print, media advertising, and events.
Plan and oversee the production of luxury travel brochures, direct mail, and other high-quality promotional materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll need: A strong background in online & offline marketing, particularly in producing direct mail pieces, brochures, and print materials.
Familiarity with Digital and CRM channels is a must.
Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Confident in pushing boundaries to attract new customers and explore untapped opportunities.
A keen understanding of KPIs, competitive pricing, and how commercial insights inform marketing decisions.
Hands-on experience with creating briefs, managing rounds of amendments, and delivering polished, impactful campaigns.
