Supporting a great Marketing Director in a creative multichannel campaign role?
Supporting the Marketing Director you'll help drive the acquisition of new customers through marketing activity, support the retention of existing clients and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
You'll develop communications with affinity partners and act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency across all company collateral and communications.
Main Duties: Plan, execute, monitor, analyse and review marketing campaigns.
Devise, design, write and produce client communications.
Develop creative, engaging, and educational content.
Manage the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Distribute client communications across a range of channels including but not limited to email, social media, print media.
Produce campaign reporting as required.
Organise and attend events.
Update and maintain the company website and support Optimisation of client communications.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as required.
Undertake market research as required.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors and marketing tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements The Candidate: CIM Qualifications or Equivalent Desirable.
CII Qualifications Desirable.
Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or Related Subject Essential Minimum two years' experience in a marketing role; a team player with a hands-on approach.
Experience of insurance sector and products desirable.
Knowledge and understanding of FCA Regulations, GDPR and PECR desirable.
Experience of working on email marketing platforms.
Experience of web design and build, preferably working in WordPress and Sharepoint.
Intermediate ability in Creative Cloud packages (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) desirable.
Experience of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and social channels preferable.
Experience of publishing content across social media platforms desirable.
Strong copywriting skills essential Proof reading skills and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Data Management and CRM system experience desirable.
