Role Overview: We are seeking a highly adaptable and self-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, lead generation and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B content management, social media (organic & paid), email marketing, and SEO.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including our founders, to shape and execute campaigns that enhance our market presence and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Management – Create and manage a content calendar, focusing on LinkedIn, competitor analysis, and content creation.
SEO Management – Collaborate with SEO agencies and oversee deliverables to improve performance and align with marketing strategy.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management – Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns and develop strategies for qualified lead outreach.
Email Marketing – Create and schedule weekly email newsletters and develop automated email flows for lead and customer nurturing.
Project Management – Lead marketing projects and collaborate with external partners on joint campaigns.
Strategic Collaboration – Work with company founders to extract insights for marketing materials and support updates and events.
Website & Social Media Management – Manage the company's website and social media channels, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimised for traffic, brand image and lead generation.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Performance Analysis – Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Salary £31,000 to £35,000 pa Requirements: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and content management.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and content creation abilities.
Ability to work proactively, independently and take initiative, with minimal supervision.
Experience in managing people (internal & external) Preferred: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Experience with sales tools like Sales Navigator.
Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Experience in middle eastern markets
