The Role The expansion of our business and marketing efforts has led to the creation of a new opportunity within the Investments marketing team.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage our suite of marketing collateral, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audiences.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to various other communications such as emails, thought leadership content and webinars.
Reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities • Ownership of marketing collateral - client and adviser facing communications ranging from marketing brochures used within the pre-sales process, to aid sales for the Business Development team, to performance reports to enable investors to see how their investments are performing.

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to produce and update documents and utilise their subject matter expertise.
The challenge will be to ensure their content suggestions are turned into customer friendly language.
These stakeholders include Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance and Sales.

• Work closely with our design team to ensure our documents are designed and brought to life in an engaging way, that represents our premium brand.

• Produce and ensure communications are maintained in line with financial promotion principles, using our compliance and asset management system, Dot Approve.

• Seek feedback from stakeholders across the business and our end audiences, to improve literature and identify gaps in our collateral suite.
This includes identifying opportunities to turn certain collateral into digital and video formats.

• Work closely with the Investments Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to provide support on additional marketing initiatives including email communications, the production of webinars, thought leadership content, social media posts and campaigns.

• Manage the relationship with our print supplier, ensuring we always have print stock available.
This will involve conducting quarterly reviews with our supplier to ensure we are achieving cost efficiencies.

• Be a champion for Consumer Duty within the marketing team, ensuring that our communications are customer friendly.

• Be a Investments product expert within the team and work with our group digital marketing team to ensure our web pages are accurate from a product perspective and aligned to our collateral.

• Own our online literature library, using our CMS to upload all documents, ensuring collateral across the website is up to date.

Experience, skills and attributes required We are looking for someone who has proven experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic office environment, ideally within Investment Management, or financial services.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating first class communications.
The ideal candidate would be engaging, confident and love working with a wide range of stakeholders around the business.

• Prior experience in producing and managing collateral.

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to turn technical information into customer friendly language.

• Numerate and analytical.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads and demands from across the business.

• Excellent communication skills, personable, confident and able to clearly articulate themselves.
The ability to communicate at all levels.

• Friendly and approachable, and a great collaborator.

• Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally some experience of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Consistently demonstrates high levels of discretionary effort
