Senior Marketing Analyst - £60,000–£80,000 + 10% Bonus Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week)
Company I am partnering with one of the largest telecoms companies in the market, with substantial investment in data, they are forecasting growth and positive change within this team for 2025!

Their marketing and CRM efforts are a cornerstone of the business, leveraging advanced data science and segmentation to save hundreds of thousands of customers from leaving and generate millions in value annually.

This is an exciting time to join the data function, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of marketing analytics within the business, owning and improving the marketing measurement, success metrics, and best practices.

About the Role As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll be the face of marketing analytics across the group, owning the performance measurement of campaigns and helping to optimise how they are ran.
You'll work closely with marketing teams, campaign managers, and leadership, ensuring best practices are applied, control groups are set up correctly, and campaigns are driving maximum ROI.

This is a standalone role , where you'll need to be hands-on with the data, strategic in your thinking, and a strong communicator capable of influencing at all levels, including regular updates to the CDO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Performance: Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and more), ensuring accurate measurement and optimisation.
ROI Analysis: Work with wider data teams to understand campaign ROI and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Audits & Recommendations: Conduct audits of current campaigns and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Best Practices: Ensure markets are running campaigns correctly, with appropriate control groups and robust A/B testing setups.
What they are Looking For Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in SQL and/or Python are a must.
Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred) is a bonus.
Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing campaigns, CRM systems, control groups, and A/B testing.
People Skills: A natural influencer who can challenge the status quo, build relationships, and communicate complex insights clearly.
Proactive Attitude: A go-getter who is eager to take ownership and drive change.
They are open to candidates with 3+ years' experience , provided you have the right passion and drive to grow in the role.
