Senior Manager, Product Innovation - Fixed Term Contract

Description The Senior Manager, Product Innovation, plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction of existing, and the launching of new and exciting products, within the Online division Team Internet.
As the evangelist for all our customer types, you will own catalogue of products, build business cases for new products/services and define/prioritize product features, functionality, and drive value.
The role will contribute significantly to the direction that the Product Innovation team takes in delivering against our products' strategic visions.
It will help define them, execute them and deliver significant value to the division and the company.
This role is a fixed term contract for a period of 8 months - starting January.
Key outcomes of the role Drive a coherent product strategy vision setting the north-star direction for a portfolio of products and/or services Partner with Operations/Engineering teams to deliver critical capabilities with speed and quality.
Using data to inform decisions, design, and priorities Partner with stakeholders to extract and translate high-level business and customer requirements for the creation of product roadmaps Be the (primary) advocate for delivering MVP and work in agility, creating transparency in the deliverables Be able to lead by example, support and guide junior product managers and product owners that you work with across the organisation Actively participate, design, and optimize the product from initial concept then manage daily, weekly and monthly through the development cycle and then finally to product release ensuring functionality, quality, and schedule Be the technical subject-matter-expert on the product for all teams internally Think big-picture at a strategic level as well as focus on the details when it comes to implementation and execution Grow relationships with customers and suppliers to understand their requirements and deliver value-added services Assess value, develop business cases, prioritize stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with your product strategy Never be satisfied with a project left half-done and want to be surrounded by people like you; hard-working, passionate and business-savvy to make a product successful Thrive on challenging and rewarding problems as well as understanding that commitment and work ethics are keys to your success  About you Have a passion for the domain and identity industry, relevant technologies and the management of infrastructure related services  Bring demonstrable experience in implementing best practices in an Agile environment including different measures of product discovery, including quantitative (e.g A.B testing) and qualitative (e.g usability testing) methods Enjoy a fast-paced environment in a project management environment, working with internal and external stakeholders and managing competing expectations, running projects with clear deadlines and multiple teams Be curious, research, and ask questions Be result and target driven Ability to lead a team Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Be a creative thinker, always thinking "how can we" Show a strong desire to succeed and make a difference Experience and skills that will help you succeed A proven track record of launching successful products into market  Creative thinker  Entrepreneurial approach to product management with the creativity and the ability to think deeper into any given area of the product Ability to work with cross-functional, global teams to deliver a common goal  Knowledge of the tech industry What's in it for you?
