Join our Global Marketing Performance team in this newly created role to measure marketing performance across all channels!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities Responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing effectiveness insights to global, regional and market collaborators. Identify, evaluate and recommend improvements to our Marketing Effectiveness programme to support business growth, bringing in detailed knowledge of applications of MMM in a business/strategic context. Partner with our Marketing Mix Modelling agency and internal data science team to lead on marketing measurement projects. Create testable hypotheses around marketing activities and work with relevant collaborators to test, track and loop back insights to the business, in close collaboration with marketing, commercial and media teams. Interpret data, build swift actionable recommendations, workshop solutions with teams, track recommendation implementation, then establish findings and share. Do you have what it takes? Extensive experience working in a Marketing Mix Modelling analytics led role. Proven experience of building measurement and effectiveness frameworks. Strong understanding of paid media datasets. Very comfortable with handling complex datasets, with SQL and advanced Excel skills. Proven success in stakeholder management. Ability to navigate, engage and inspire across a matrix organisation.
