Senior Manager, International Tax Planning And Treasury Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our International Tax Planning Group at Amazon TA.
This role will be responsible for driving significant initiatives and providing tax guidance to our treasury group.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement tax strategies to support our treasury functions.
Analyze complex treasury matters such as currency and FX considerations, hedging, internal and external debt issuances, cash pool management, and treasury systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimal liquidity management structures.
Evaluate business proposals to identify funding strategies and assist with local country tax reform considerations.
Communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in international taxation and treasury functions.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: CA or equivalent, Master's in Tax or Law with tax specialization.
Experience with international tax provisions of European or US laws.
Familiarity with accounting concepts and treasury systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
