We're looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join us in London The Senior Manager, FP&A will provide support to the Procurement MD and the wider leadership team. Responsible for ensuring financial accuracy alongside insight and analysis to support operations, optimise spend and enhance decision making. This role will be within Liberty Financial Services (LFS) which consists of three key pillars - Shared Services, Procurement and Financial Solutions.
What will you be doing? Provide finance partnership to the Procurement MD to deliver upon the financial and commercial objectivesPartner with the control and accounting team to deliver accurate financial reporting and variance analysisLead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plansDeliver monthly and quarterly financial management packs providing insights on budget variance, key trends and KPIsDeliver monthly cashflow and working capital reportingEnable an efficient process and tooling to facilitate financial reviews for monthly actual and forecast as well as budget cycle.Create detailed financial models for identifying key drivers of risks and opportunitySupport the MD in ensuring all pricing model successfully delivers maximum value business propositionsAct as financial interface for the MD and other parts of the finance communityWork with business to ensure validation and assurance of procurement savings in opco'sLead the process, in collaboration with the LFS Strategy team to set long range plan strategy and pro-actively analyse results to redirect where requiredProvide management and leadership to direct reportsCreate and foster a proactive approach to smarter, cost effective support and implementation models that challenge status quoWe tend to look for people with: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant work experienceDemonstrated experience working in FP&A (Pref in a high growth or VC environment)Analytically strong and pragmatic with a long term visionStrong communication skills, with the ability to partner with senior managementEntrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable building processes from scratchCommercial and strategic mindset to help set and execute overall strategyKnowledge of USGAAP, Accounting principles & SOX guidelinesWhat's in it for you?
