The team: The Business Development team at Slerp is a small, fast-paced, high-performing group responsible for sourcing and signing up the most important restaurant partners to Slerp.
This team is central to Slerp's continued growth.
We work closely with senior leadership, operations, product and finance teams both internally and externally to ensure growth for Slerp and our restaurant partners.
The role: The Senior Manager, Business Development role will be responsible for identifying, engaging and acquiring scaling SME and mid-market restaurant partners across the UK.
This role will begin as an individual contributor but will be responsible for helping build our sales strategy and operations to scale the business.
We expect this role to be a combination in terms of time spent in-office and at partner sites/offices.

This role requires the candidate to be at the office at least 3 days a week, with other days flexible pending requirements.
Flexible Holiday - Take time off as and when needed.
We don't have a limit on how many days this is a year.
It's essential you take time off when required to recharge and come back with fresh ideas, energy and enthusiasm.
