Senior Management Accountant

Senior Management Accountant Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: London-based, 3 days on-site We're looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join our clients Finance team at an exciting time of growth.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role will work closely with both finance and non-finance teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts, KPIs, and variance analyses.
Collaborate with regional and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Deliver clear and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
Maintain robust financial controls and support audit processes.
Drive process improvements and assist with system implementation projects.
About You: Part-qualified or finalist with a solid background in management accounting Multi site/multi entity experience is essential Proactive, with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance teams.
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
