The Role: The Role of Senior Maintenance Engineer will include the following responsibilities: Maintaining all of the production machinery on site including Conveyors, Labelling Machines, Fillers and Silos Leading Projects aimed at improving the OEE of the machinery Modifying and Programming PLCs (Mitsubishi and Siemens) Modifying and Programming on HMIs Liaising with Production and Operations regarding machine availability and updates on projects Taking a technical lead on tricky breakdowns supporting the Maintenance Engineers with Fault Finding The Candidate: The Right Candidate for the Role of Senior Maintenance Engineer will have/be: A Recognised Engineering Qualification Confident reading Ladder Logic code, modifying and programming on PLCs Experience working on Projects Work well within a team and be happy to share ideas Experience in completing Root Cause Analysis on breakdowns with the skills to Engineer problems out.
