Job Purpose:
As a Loan Processor, you will play a key role in supporting the deal process for our clients.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of transactions, maintaining high standards of organisation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Administration:
• Assist with the end-to-end processing of invoice finance deals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and internal systems.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate and expedite deal approvals.
Customer Service:
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Proactively communicate updates to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
Organisation & Coordination:
• Monitor deal pipelines and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Support the wider team in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Produce regular updates and reports on deal progress for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement within the deal execution process and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in customer service, administration, in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of invoice finance or fintech is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
