Senior Lettings Negotiator – Benefits \n £22k - £28k basic plus commission - £35k - £45k OTE \n 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays \n Funded team events.
\n Senior Lettings Negotiator – Duties: \n Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations.
\n Generating business both face to face and over the phone.
\n Organising pre tenancy paperwork.
\n Negotiating lets.
\n Updating window cards and online portals.
\n Striving to meet and exceed KPI's and targets.
\n Helping to create marketing material.
\n Support Lettings Manager with the day to day running of the lettings department \n Senior Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed \n Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level.
\n Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on \n You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
\n You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
\n Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
\n You will be target driven and ambitious.
\n Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
