Senior Legal Counsel, Irish Funds

Our client is seeking a highly skilled funds lawyer to join their well established legal department in London or Dublin.
This role is pivotal in supporting the asset management side of the business, particularly focusing on Irish funds.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex Irish fund agreements, liaising with senior stakeholders, and providing top-tier legal advice.
You will be the go to person for intricate legal matters and will be relied upon by management around the International business for your expertise.
Working closely with a more junior lawyer on the team, you will provide a more high-level service as you deal with more complex legal work.
This position requires you to be Irish qualified with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
