Position: Senior Legal CounselRole Type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Buckingham (Predominantly office-based)Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per annum (DOE) Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Buckingham.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial Agreements: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and agreements.Employment Law: Advise on non-contentious employment law matters, providing guidance to management and HR teams on employee relations, contracts, and employment policies to ensure compliance with relevant UK employment legislation.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, fostering strong relationships to ensure legal strategies align with business goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external partners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and collaborative legal support.
Requirements: UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE.Significant experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.Solid understanding of employment law, with experience advising on non-contentious employment matters.Background in franchising or litigation is advantageous but not required.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
