Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel
Salary: Up to £85k basic
Location: Manchester
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office p/week)
I'm working with a global professional services business operating as a B2B supplier.
They are currently searching for a new Senior Legal Counsel to support the GC in the leadership of the legal function.

They are ideally looking for a corporate lawyer by trade, from roughly 4 PQE upwards (no upper limit on experience).
The role however will be a fairly even split between Corporate and Commercial work so an appreciation that you will need to be comfortable with a varied work load is crucial.
They will also consider commercial solicitors who have had some corporate transactional experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone to come and utilise their technical legal expertise on day to day corporate and commercial transactional matters, whilst also guiding and developing a team of more junior lawyers, alongside an experienced GC.
