Job Description Provide legal advice on consumer finance matters.Assist in the development of legal strategies to mitigate risk.Oversee the creation and implementation of internal legal policies.Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with changes in consumer finance laws and regulations.Participate in negotiations and legal proceedings as required.Prepare and review legal documents.Maintain a thorough record of all legal activities and documents.The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Advisor / Senior Legal Counsel should have:
