Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Hybrid: Weekly travel on-site to Staffordshire
Instinct is partnering with a globally renowned organisation who are hiring within their digital learning team.
The client is looking to hire a Senior Learning Designer to join their digital learning team.

In this role, you will take the lead in developing blended learning materials, tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
You'll oversee the production process and line manage the digital learning team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.

Essential experience required:
Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g.
Articulate Storyline, Adapt) to create learning experiences.
Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software for the development of multimedia assets.
