Following the promotion of one of our senior leaders, we are looking to appoint an ambitious teacher or middle leader into the senior leadership role.
This is for anyone who is ready to take the step up to senior leadership.

This post comes with a teaching commitment, initially in a year 6 class so experience of a teaching in upper KS2 is essential.
You will be able to lead by example and motivate and inspire others to work alongside you.
You will be fully supported by the wider leadership team as you develop into this role.

Exeter Learning Academy Trust (ELAT) is a partnership of primary schools based in Exeter.
