We're looking for someone who: Can lead projects from ideation to completion Excellent design skills With a fine attention to detail A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute Great client management & stakeholder communication skills Experience across urban regeneration projects Transforming underutilised or degraded urban spaces into vibrant public areas A champion of sustainability With an eye for bespoke design Strong design and technical skills CAD proficient (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD), VectorWorks, Google Sketch Up, Revit knowledge, Photoshop, Artlantis 2D and 3D presentation skills Able to work as part of a team or individually Can work at different stages of design High level of precision and attention to detail Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast moving environment Good understanding of UK regulations and processes Able to work closely with other members of the design team Benefits: Competitive salary Creative studio environment Career progression Exciting creative projects Flexible working Hybrid working Private healthcare CPD & annual study trips.
