Senior Land Surveyor Location: Wakefield, England Salary: 30,000-42,000 per annum About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Land Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team offering a comprehensive range of surveying services, including Topographical Surveys, 3D Point Clouds, Site Engineering, and Utility Surveying.

Key Responsibilities Conduct Topographical, Measured Building, and As-Built Surveys.
Process surveys using LSS and AutoCAD software (or similar) to a high standard.
Utilise Leica or similar Robotic Total Stations.
Ensure quality control requirements are met in line with specifications.
Liaise with site teams to ensure clarity and understanding of survey information.
Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently as needed.
Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor.
Valid CSCS card and full UK Driving Licence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused with a "can-do" attitude.
