Senior Land Manager – New Build Housing Northamptonshire Up to £90,000 + car + excellent bonus structure Perm role Job description Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Senior/Land Manager to join their team based out of Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning housebuilder.
Role and Responsibilities Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities Skills and Experience Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability in strategy development and execution using innovative approaches.
Excellent relationship-building skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
