About the Role As the Senior Lab Manager, you'll oversee the operation of advanced liquid cooling labs, ensuring systems and equipment meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :
Lab Leadership : Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring seamless performance of advanced equipment and systems.
Project Management : Lead validation projects, including performance testing, reliability analysis, and scalability studies.

Requirements: Expertise : Proven knowledge of liquid cooling, heat transfer systems, and thermal management.
Experience : 7+ years in product testing/validation, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Education : Degree in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
Innovation : Ability to design and implement advanced testing frameworks.
Leadership : Strong skills in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
