Senior Key Account Manager – Utilities Sector Are you an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in the Utilities sector?
Do you have the leadership skills to manage key accounts and guide a talented team to success?

About the Role: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service across multiple accounts.
Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of 4 Account Managers, ensuring they meet and exceed their goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with several high-value key accounts in the Utilities sector.
Develop tailored strategies to meet client needs and ensure long-term partnerships.
Lead, inspire, and support a team of 4 Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies.
Report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive retention across all key accounts Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the Utilities sector.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring a team.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
A strategic thinker who can contribute to both short-term and long-term account plans
