Senior It Project Manager - Cyber Security

Senior IT Project Manager My client are seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager with experience in the utilities sector to lead and manage Cyber Security initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, project management, and an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges faced by the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures that protect critical infrastructure and data.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating risks and addressing security vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulations.
Coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagements to ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare and present project updates, metrics, and reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in cyber security, preferably in the utilities sector.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
