Senior It Engineer

1st Line Support Engineer Location: Employment Type: Full-Time
We are currently looking for a 1st line Support engineer to join a dynamic IT team as a 1st Line Support Engineer and make a difference in a growing business.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues and support requests, ensuring smooth operations for all users.
Supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems.
Installing and configuring hardware, with strong PC configuration skills.
Providing remote and on-site technical support.

Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Mobile and desktop support experience.
Knowledge of printers, scanners, and general hardware configuration.

Exemplary telephone manner.
Working towards Microsoft Certifications.
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Backup monitoring and management knowledge.
Networking experience, including LAN/WAN and firewalls.
Familiarity with ITIL principles.
Proficiency in creating network documentation.
Experience with remote support tools, helpdesk systems, and monitoring software.
