About the Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and strategic professional to join our growing Procurement team as a Senior IT Category Manager.
This key role will be instrumental in advancing our software procurement capabilities and transforming operations to drive EBITDA improvement.
We are passionate about our growth potential and seek someone ready to champion procurement, foster strong relationships with our technology teams, and develop talent.
This hands-on, dynamic role will allow you to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of category strategies within our technology organization.
Provide high-value procurement consultation, aligned with business needs.
Drive strategic sourcing and negotiate large, complex IT contracts.
Implement market insights and industry best practices to realize cost savings and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage new suppliers, services, and innovations while mitigating risk.
Ensure smooth communication with internal teams and champion continuous improvements.
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and procurement automation.
Oversee contract management, supplier due diligence, and risk management practices.
Qualifications: CIPS or equivalent experience.
Required Skills: Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of Cloud, DevOps, AI applications, Cybersecurity, and more.
Procurement & Contracts Experience: Solid grasp of procurement processes, commercial/legal principles, and financial management.
Market Knowledge: Proven ability to apply industry insights to influence procurement strategies.
Leadership Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and foster collaboration.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Adept at managing ambiguity, assessing risks, and making informed decisions.
Resilience & Flexibility: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
