Senior Internal Communications Manager Contract – 3-6 months Theale/Home We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to drive our internal messaging and employee engagement initiatives, building a positive, transparent, and unified workplace culture.
You'll lead communication strategies, manage internal content, and support change management, ensuring all messaging reflects our mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities of the Internal Communications Manager include: Develop Communication Strategy: Shape and implement internal communication plans aligned with company goals.
Content Creation: Draft and manage company-wide messages, announcements, and presentations.
Engagement Initiatives: Lead town halls, webinars, surveys, and events to enhance employee experience.
Leadership Communications: Support executives with strategic messaging, speeches, and presentations.
Channel & Event Management: Oversee intranet, social platforms, and company-wide events for timely, consistent communication.
Project & Budget Oversight: Manage project timelines, a communications calendar, and budget resources efficiently.
The successful Senior Internal Communications Manager will have: Experience: 7+ years in internal communications or related field, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Skills: Strong writing, project management, interpersonal skills, and experience with internal platforms.
