Senior Internal Communications Manager

Brief Description To develop and deliver internal communications for Network Rail's leadership aligned to the corporate communications strategy and Network Rail's business goals.
Responsible for developing high impact and visible programme of activity to engage, facilitate two way dialogue and enable a high performing and engaged workplace About the role (External)1.Develop and own the end-to-end delivery of an annual programme of leadership communications, working to deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal communications that meet defined objectives.2.Build strong stakeholder relationships with Network Rail leaders, supporting them to define their communication requirements, providing strategic advice and, when appropriate and in the appropriate way, challenging them with the aim of delivering best practice internal communications.3.Develop and deliver creative, effective, consistent and cost-effective communications.4.Use strong understanding of the business' strategic goals, performance and audiences to provide informed communications support to your stakeholders and deliver clear and compelling communications to your audience.5.Deliver the annual programme of business briefings and channels for two way engagement between the leadership and employees.
Work with HR and other stakeholders to develop an effective cascade6..7.Use formal and informal measurement data to evaluate the effectiveness of communications, as well as to improve future communications.8.Work collaboratively with other teams in Communications to develop and deliver joined-up internal and external communications.
