Salary: Up to £80,000 Dependent on Experience
Location: London (hybrid – 2/3 days a week in office, 2/3 days from home)
We are working with a well-known Financial Services organisation to find a senior IC business partner to support one of their key divisions.
You will play a big part in making the employees feel engaged and informed.
You'll work closely with the C suite to understand the organisation and create the communications strategy that helps them deliver on this.
You will be involved in key campaigns and drive employee engagement.
You'll report directly into the Head of Internal Communications and manage a member of the team, and be part of a great team.
Key requirements for the role:
Strong Internal Communications business partnering experience.
Experience in the financial services industry.
An interest in metrics and data analysis.
Line management experience or mentoring experience.
