Senior Interior Designer Populous is an award-winning, international design practice specialising in sport and entertainment venues that draw people and communities together for unforgettable experiences.
Jump Studios is a collective of architects, designers, and makers, focused on challenging conventions and redefining boundaries throughout the built environment.
We believe that real design innovation comes from breaking down barriers between creative disciplines.
Our core teams of architects and designers are supported by graphic, digital and interaction designers, allowing us to bring our clients' values and purpose to life across multiple and increasingly interrelated touchpoints.
Our focus is based upon experiences found within large scale stadiums and live music venues: branded experience, pop-up, F&B design and hospitality design for high profile clients.
Jump Studios, a Populous company, requires Senior Designers with strong design skills to work as part of a project team with a varied design workload in our Putney office.
Responsibilities will include reporting to the Principal design lead, leading smaller teams, design strategy, concept design and the production of detailed working drawings.
You must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Part II-degree qualification in Architecture or equivalent Several years of experience in professional practice, preferably with world class design-led practices Strong design and communication skills Ability to work well individually and be a key member of the team Strong organisational skills to manage a varied design workload including design strategy, concept design, detailed working drawings.
On site supervision experience is required Strong computer skills including both 2D and 3D software capabilities, Revit, Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience with hospitality projects or on-site supervision experience would be beneficial.
Experience within the sports and entertainment sector would be beneficial.
