Senior Interior Designer – High-End Hospitality Projects Are you a passionate and experienced Interior Designer specialising in high-end hospitality projects?
We are seeking a Senior Designer with exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills to join a dynamic and centrally.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to work on luxury restaurant and bar projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 designers, driving creativity and ensuring project excellence.
Technical Proficiency: Develop detailed design packages, including technical drawings, design development, and construction details.
Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
Project Management: Oversee site visits and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in high-end food and beverage design, with a portfolio showcasing luxury restaurant and bar projects.
Strong technical skills, particularly in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and client relationships.
Familiarity with hybrid working arrangements, with an office-first approach (one day WFH per week).
Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £55,000 per annum.
Hybrid working model, based primarily in the studio with flexibility for one day of remote work per week.
