Senior Interior Architect Location: West London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Introduction: A renowned, High-end Interior Design studio, celebrated for its bespoke luxury residential and hospitality projects worldwide, is seeking a talented Senior Interior Architect.
Based in central London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on prestigious projects in the UK and internationally for a luxury Hotel and super-prime Residential project.
Known for their meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach, the studio fosters a supportive and friendly environment that encourages creativity and career progression with hybrid working available as well.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Interior Architect or Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in the luxury residential or hospitality sectors, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering world-class design.
Package: Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Hybrid working (1 day per week wfh) Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and progression Friendly and social studio culture Duties: Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar software.
Design bespoke elements, including joinery and lighting, in collaboration with artisans and craftspeople.
Research and specify high-quality materials and furnishings, balancing aesthetic goals with budget and sustainability.
Present design concepts to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and incorporating feedback.
Manage multiple projects and oversee a small team of designers, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Produce and manage technical information for tenders, including finishes and hardware schedules.
Requirements: Proven senior-level experience in luxury residential or hospitality interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Revit experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, and planning policies.
Excellent communication skills for client presentations and project management.
Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality and meeting project deadlines.
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
