Senior Insight Analyst Working Pattern – 2 days per week in the Brighton officeSalary £50,000 to £60,000Animo Group has partnered with a fast-growing global platform award-winning business based in Brighton.You will be joining a scale-up who have a huge focus on sustainability and DEI as part of their culture.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Insight Analyst to build customer and marketing analytics from the ground up.The role:Working as part of the Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for creating and driving analytics for marketing campaigns across all channels.You will work with large data-sets across campaign performance, customer segmentation and recommendations.Work closely with the marketing team providing insight in customer behaviour and customer LTV.Creating dashboards and providing insight and data storytelling to senior stakeholders in the business.What we are looking for:Stakeholder management at all levels up to CxO.Ability to provide insight, and recommendations and tell the story behind the data.Previous experience of working with customer and marketing data.Technical Skills:SQLTableau or similarWeb Analytics Tools; Google Analytics (GA4)A/B testing
