We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Implementation Engineer to join our Analytics Activation Team.
In this vital role, you will lead the implementation of advanced analytics tracking solutions, helping clients unlock the full potential of their digital data.
By collaborating with stakeholders across the UK and US, you will shape strategic analytics roadmaps, stay at the forefront of industry advancements, and deliver impactful, best-in-class tracking solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implement, and meticulously maintain analytics tracking solutions using advanced tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium.Spearhead the configuration and deployment of analytics tags, pixels, and event tracking scripts across diverse digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps.Conduct rigorous testing and validation procedures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data collection.Implement robust measurement solutions for mobile applications, leveraging tools like Firebase to track user behaviour, engagement, and conversions.Evaluate and implement Consent Mode across client websites and applications to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Develop and deploy server-side tagging implementations via server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM).Innovate custom tracking solutions and scripts to capture nuanced user interactions and events.Document comprehensive analytics implementation requirements and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and client training purposes.Ensure client satisfaction and growth of each account, keeping each client on a trajectory of revenue growth.Understand business needs and objectives.Detail oriented, correct discrepancies, and ensure quality control.Stay abreast of industry news, emerging trends, and technologies in analytics tracking and digital marketing.PERSON SPECIFICATIONDegree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience.Extensive, demonstrable experience in marketing analytics, preferably gained within agencies and through direct client collaboration.A proven track record of success in delivering impactful analytics solutions.Excellent communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform ad tech stack, including GA4, GTM/sGTM, Firebase, and methods such as pixel tracking.Familiarity with server-side tagging and tracking.Confident discussing issues and solutions relating to privacy in adtech.COMPANY BENEFITSCroud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days a week based in our London office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
