The Role This is an excellent Senior Imaging Scientist role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field.
The Senior Imaging Scientist will use knowledge gained from a PhD in a relevant field such as MR Physics, Neuroimaging or similar, as well as a sound understanding of diffusion MRI to refine and prioritise ideas from research, to lead on new developments in my client's models and tools.

The current work pattern in place is full-time on-site in the Oxford-based office, and my client is able to provide sponsorship if required.

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following: A PhD in a relevant field such a MR Physics, Neuroimaging or similar A good understanding of diffusion MRI.
Experience of statistical software packages such as SPSS, Stata or R Experience with neuroimaging and corresponding packages such as FSL, SPM, FreeSurfer Any experience with Microstructural modelling for diffusion MRI, experience in the area of cerebral cortex or Post-mortem MRI / MRI of animal models would also be advantageous The list above is important, but not as important as hiring the right person!
