Senior Hydrologist- Shrewsbury

My client, a market leading multidisciplinary Civil and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Hydrologist to join their innovative Team.
This role offers hybrid working from Oxford.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in Hydrology, Civil or Water Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Water Company completing flow calculations, natural flood management, water quality assessments, hydrological assessments and surface water management plans.
It is beneficial for applicants to live locally to attend site visits in local flood risk areas.
This exciting opportunity will offer candidates the chance to join the experienced Team to complete catchment management, surface water, nutrient neutrality and water quality projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies and Government Bodies.
Responsibilities: Complete surface water management plans.
Develop catchment management plans.
Conduct nutrient neutrality assessments.
Perform water quality sampling and assessments for local rivers.
Execute Flood Risk Assessments.
Manage pollution incidents.
Carry out flow calculations.
Conduct flood estimation.
