Senior Hvac Project Manager

HVAC Project Manager (Office based) Office-based HVAC Project Manager required for a design and build contractor who has a long-standing reputation for quality. This is an office-based position that requires experience of air-conditioning surveys, quoting and running projects. Plumbing and controls and ventilation and mechanical knowledge is also very useful but not essential and not enough without the air conditioning knowledge and experience of VRV / Split systems
This is a great opportunity for both experienced Project Managers and Air conditioning engineers looking to come off the tools into their first project management role
Package: Salary 60,000 to 70,000 depending on experience Office based with hybrid working option Net profit bonus 33 days holiday Requirements: Formal engineering qualifications - diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or similar Excellent knowledge of air conditioning Knowledge of mechanical installations Decent knowledge of heating and ventilation Have a decent knowledge of controls, plumbing and electrical installations WR HVAC M&E are recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
