As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with our goals.
This isn't your traditional HRBP role; you'll lead exciting, high-impact projects that touch every corner of our business.
From redesigning talent frameworks to leading our early careers initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of change.
You'll help in shaping and delivering the HR strategy to support business objectives and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Partnering with senior leaders, you'll provide strategic guidance on talent, succession planning, and performance management while driving impactful people initiatives for both current and future business needs.
Acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, you'll lead key transformation programmes, manage trade union relationships, and champion the implementation of HR solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborating across HR functions, you'll influence policy development, ensure seamless service delivery, and address cross-business challenges to make a lasting impact.
You have a proven ability to partner with senior leaders and deliver impactful people strategies.
Your expertise spans talent development, organisational change, and fostering high-performance cultures, all backed by strong technical HR knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs.Proven experience of working in partnership with senior business leaders to improve people management.Passionate about customer service with ability to articulate previous achievements through business deliverables.Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions to drive a high-performance culture.Ability to establish professional credibility quickly.Experience of coaching, influencing and building strong working relationships with senior business leaders.Experience of working with senior leaders to identify, develop and retain talent.Excellent technical HR Knowledge - CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation.Proven track record of operating in a complex working environment.Broad experience of managing organisation change programmes e.g.
TUPE, Organisation re-design, redundancy programmes, etc.Graduate calibre.Experience of working within a highly unionised environment (Essential for roles supporting Maintenance & Operations Functions).
