Senior Human Resources Advisor

JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Senior HR Advisor to its team.

Responsibilities include:
Work with the Head of HR to drive the alignment of the People Strategies Managing ER cases Work with the Head of HR to develop HR policies Communicate effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders Actively work with Leaders in creating and or updating job descriptions Facilitate recruitment activity Ensure all new employees have a robust on-boarding programme Mentor and coach the HR and Payroll Administrator Support the Head of HR with any ad-hoc requests Skills & experience required:
Full CIPD Qualification Minimum 2-3 years generalist HR experience gained in a medium sized SME organisation Competent in the advice and application of current employment law Experience of modern Recruitment Practices, Training, Learning & Development If this sounds like you, please apply today or reach out to Tarah at JGA.
