Senior Hrbp - Luxury Fashion Brand

Mode Search are partnering with a Global Fashion brand in their search for a Senior People Business Partner.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in HR and is able to commute 3 days a week to Oxfordshire.

The Role will support across areas such as resourcing, performance management, employee relations, and people services.
Responsibility: Develop and deliver the strategic resource plan with hiring managers.
Manage budgets in partnership with the Finance team.
Use the People Portal to manage recruitment.
Encourage internal talent development and reduce turnover.
Promote the talent development process and build the talent pipeline.
Cultivate strong relationships with the People team.
Influence decision-making and drive employee engagement.
Guide and coach people managers to operate at their best.
Lead the employee relations practice and manage HR issues.
Ensure legal compliance and minimize exposure to risk.
Requirements: Strong HR experience in resourcing, performance, and employee relations.
Proven ability to influence leadership decisions and drive engagement.
Strong coaching skills and ability to guide people managers.
Forward-thinking with a focus on future goals.
Expertise in employee relations and legal compliance.
Ability to minimize risk and create collaborative relationships.
