Senior Hr Transformation Lead

I am sourcing for an experienced Senior HR Project/Transformation lead to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in a strategic transformation project.
Reporting to the HR Director, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead HR workstreams, and manage critical organisational design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for the Senor HR Project/Transformation Lead: Advise on TUPE, redundancy processes, and employee engagement strategies.
Plan and execute HR transformation activities, including consultations, retention strategies, and communications.
Develop training materials, facilitate consultation meetings, and ensure compliance with employment law.
Provide updates to stakeholders, highlight risks, and deliver project milestones.
Support broader organisational change alongside HR Business Partners and the Transformation team.
Leading the people workstream Experience Required: Proven expertise in managing complex HR transformation projects within a highly regulated business is a requirement.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, redundancy.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate data and drive solutions.
