As Senior HR Manager you will Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes engagement and collaboration.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts with professionalism and care.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and ensure competitive and compliant HR practices.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
Qualifications and experience required: CIPD qualified, Masters degree or MBA would also be preferred.
8+ years HR experience, 3+ years in a HR management role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulatory compliance Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management and employee engagement Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Impactful Role: Be part of the management team where your expertise will directly influence the success and growth of the business.
