The role is based in our stunning Head Office in Ringwoodbut will require some travel.About youThe ideal person will hold arecognised HR qualification, ideally having a minimum of CIPD level 5 orequivalent, you will have substantial experience as an HR professional in a growingenvironment, multi-site company.
You will have excellent people leadership skillswith a track record of motivating and developing a team to improve performancethrough coaching and mentoring.?You will be able todemonstrate solid employment legislation knowledge and experience of using thisto deal with complex employee relations matters and be able to pass thisknowledge onto to others to empower their own decision-making process.?Importantly, you will havespecific experience of leading on projects to introduce and embed improved waysof working relating to operational processes and procedures.
We have recentlyimplemented a new HR system and you will play a key role in further developmentto maximise its use.
?You will have a strong teamethos and believe at putting people at the heart of what you do.
It's importantthat you have a proven ability to build positive working relationships with awide range of stakeholders.
Along with the confidence to challenge, make andimplement tough decisions when required.
?Finally, you will bepragmatic, hands-on in style and be passionate about HR and what it can offer acommercial business.
