Senior Hr Business Partner

Senior HR Business Partner 12-month contract £450pd Inside IR35 Exeter - 1 day a week onsite Must have active SC Clearance One of our established clients are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month contract basis They are a national meteorological service, providing weather and climate-related services to the government, businesses, emergency responders and the public As the Senior HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in identifying, developing and delivering people interventions in line with business objectives.
You will work closely with senior leaders to foster and nurture strategic people enablers such as talent, strategic workforce planning and capability, as well as develop people solutions, to achieve the organisation's objectives.
They are looking for you to have experience in the following: Demonstrable HR expertise Evidence of a sound understanding of HR principles and legal considerations whilst proactively driving and delivering pragmatic people solutions that add value to the bottom line and keep evolving our work.
Able to lead and develop strategy and to analyse complex information and demonstrate sound risk analysis and decision making.
