Here at GXO, we're looking for a full-time, permanent HR Advisor to join us on our Drinks contracts based in Coventry with travel across the southwest of England.
You'll report to the Regional HR Manager and will provide generalist HR support to line managers within the region.
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the people agenda with key focus on culture change, talent and process improvement.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm but we are flexible on the start and end time of your day.
00per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

Manage time effectively to ensure the right time and focus is in the right area – this will include travel to all stakeholders on a regular basis Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and employees - ensuring a current knowledge of employee legislation and employee relation issues is maintained to ensure the business area remains compliant and risk is mitigated.
Take the lead on the management of absence, including making recommendations, giving advice/coaching and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, supporting with health review meetings, and other absence related meetings A proven track record in a similar capacity, preferably with exposure to an operational environment such as logistics, production or manufacturing along with a CIPD qualification, level 3 or studying towards Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice and employee relations GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
