As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner with key stakeholders, provide expert advice on HR matters, and contribute to the success of the organisation by driving people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of HR in moving forward related projects and tasksSupporting and advising managers in handling employee issues, advising at disciplinary, grievance, capability, conduct, absence, and flexible working request proceedingsProviding HR advice to line managers and staff with regard to organisational policies and proceduresEnsuring records are maintained in line with GDPR and retention schedules, providing reports using the HR system Cascade, Stonefish, and other sources as appropriateDesigning and delivering annual training plans with workshops on HR specific subjects such as performance management, coaching models, leadership and management topics, employment law, and EDIContributing to and delivering the induction programme, management development programmes, apprenticeships, and other bespoke and ad hoc trainingManaging recruitment campaigns with other team membersWorking with the Head of HR/HR Coordinator and the Finance team on pay and benefitsWorking pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning
